I'm not sure genetic experts could have cloned a more exact version of Navy! Not only does Haley look very similar, but she also has her mom's lovely, gentle and very level headed temperament.

Sizewise, Haley is taller than her mom and weighs in around 37#, with lovely, long legs that can really GO. She loves water retrieving and even as a toddler would leap into it like a dock dock. She also has a very soft mouth, high retrieving drive and considering how tenacious and high octane she is in the field, has surprised me a little with her calm house dog and well behaved kennel demeanor.

The Navy X Toby litters have been consistently excellent and amongst our nicest puppies. Fantastic, super sweet and snuggly temperaments in the home, plus relentless bird finding in the field. Definitely a win-win combo. Haley's full brother Checkers was 2010 US High Point Puppy and is currently being campaigned in the All Age stakes winning placements.

Her pedigree, aggressive hunting style and bold flushing all scream, "Field trial me!!!!" and maybe later we'll run some hunting and field stuff, but right now I consider Haley my future agility superstar. She is FAST, stylish, agile and highly biddable. I've also started Haley in AKC tracking and she is doing really well, learning even faster than her dad. I'm hoping to get her certified by fall and she should be ready for tracking trials next year. Eventually, I'd love to do Search and Rescue tracking with her.
